l purchased my first property in Dubai with Alan Pinto at Savills in Feb 2026 after my previous visit in Sept 2025 where l was shown top development projects. His knowledge and expertise on best developers projects was outstanding and ability to engage with international buyers requirements. Despite the pressure to purchase from the developer, he was professional and reassured the purchase process, arrange the Construction Site visits and Developers office visit to reserve the property and follow up all communications effectively. l would highly recommend Alan Pinto.

Had to deal with them while selling property in Prime area in Dubai. The agent [Shane] came as a referral. Trusted the branding of Savills to find out that they benchmarks of quality are beyond poor. To be specific and factual Shane has been particularly irresponsive to whatsapp messages and phone calls. Numerous times, I have requested him to send transaction related documents that he bluntly ignored. What is more Shane made us pay a concierge fee to supposedly progress our deal - yet no one event sent a message. Bottom line, my personal recommendation would be to stay away.

We recently completed a lengthy and complex property purchase working closely with Ben as agent, and Suhail as conveyancer and general fixer of the variety of complications and delays we faced - none of which were caused by Savills. We could not have asked more of each of them and had it not been for their support we would probably have given up or lost the property to another buyer. Ben, and particularly Suhail, went out of their way, showing patience, persistence and creativity in finding solutions to the problems we were faced with. I would encourage everyone involved in a property transaction in Dubai to give Ben and Suhail a call.

We came to Dubai with a small window to find an apartment to rent . We reached out to Savills as a well respected Estate Agent and contacted Youssef Sbeity who was incredibly responsive and helpful . Youssef listened carefully to our needs and moved really quickly to line up viewings . I personally had very bad experience with Savills and their service. Actually terrible. I had Mordgage application with CBD and the bad luck I had was allocated evaluation for the property to be done with Savills. The evaluation was done by Pooja. She came and inspected the property, took pictures. I asked her if needed anything additional to be answered or to see, but she confirmed she has everything she needs. I waited 11 days. My banked was even asking me to be polite and not give the evaluation company hard time as I might get low evaluation. After the 11 day I wrote her to follow up as it took so long, and she gets back to me that she needs to come again for inspection as she never seen third room, but only 2 rooms. I got superfurious. 11 days waiting. The Seller for the property was waiting, banker and myself, all wasted so much time for this so unprofessional company. Definitely not recommended, and suggest anyone applying for Mordgage to check with their banker who is the evaluator. Usually banks have more evaluation companies, but if you are unlucky like me and get Savills to evaluate your property, you are up to the worst experience ever. Their name and office looks all fancy, but if you think they know what they are doing, you are absolutely wrong.

Very poor service by Property Management Team specially Gerald and Ahmed Said from leasing. I paid the rent in 1 chq along with commission and deposit but wen i went to register Empower there was an outstanding which was not paid by previous tenant. I told Ahmed i will move in when this is resolved but he assured i wouldnt face an issue but upon moving realized that empower has been disconnected for non payment. Its been the long weekend and the team doesnt answer your calls or respond. I have a 2 month old baby and i have to make sleeping arrangements elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend their property management team to anyone specially leasing any of their managed properties. Property managers need to be available for any issues faced by tenants but thus team is on its own holiday.
