I was really disapointed by the policy of this company. First I rent an apartment for 2 weeks and when we arrive there is a problem with electrical outlet and safe-box, somebody comes and should come back to change it but he never came. Second, because of the war, my flight was canceled and I ask them to help and extend my stay for 3 more nights.They say to see on booking.com , I ask them to make me direct booking because if I book with booking.com I have 259 AED extra-charge for final cleaning and other charge that I alredy paid in my First booking. Price for 3 night with booking was 569 AED, they say It is not possible if we book for you you have to pay 750 AED.After discussion they accept to make same price than booking but they say if you book direct with us, you have to pay deposit of 2000 AED THAT OUR POLICY. So I stay for 2 weeks without deposit and now for 3 night I should pay deposit.TOTALLY RIDICULOUS This company know that it was not a usuel situation but did not make anything trying to help customer in trouble I book with booking.com and also pay twice final cleaning and extra,charge.
