We found a great apartment in Binghatti through Airbnb and have been living here for five months now! They're a wonderful company and arguably the best team in all of Dubai. They resolve any issues or everyday problems quickly. Special thanks for the great discount on accommodation! I'd like to give special mention to manager Svetlana. Of all the managers I know in Dubai, she's the best, most responsive, and most professional! ))) Contact this company, trust them with your leisure time and accommodation—you won't regret it!

I've booked two years in a row during Christmas and NY sesion, super apartments, top niche buildings within Dubai and clean. communication with Katrina and Dayrna was quite lovely. Spoons were missing from the apartment and thus they've sent parcel with full kitchen utensils box(attached photo) the very next day! Highly recommended 👌

The accommodation was comfortable, everything worked properly, and the place looked just like the pictures. The building is new and clean, the owner is very helpful, and the prices were reasonable despite it being the beginning of the season in Dubai

I was located in Creek Harbor for 2 weeks and I absolutely loved it. The area was extremely peaceful the appartment was lovely very convenient ! The pictures don’t do it justice ! The team was extremely reactive and helpful. I would 1000% recommend

We were absolutely satisfied with this apartment! The location is within easy reach, from shops and restaurants etc. The apartment itself was clean, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the view from the terrace – a true pleasure. The host was kind, responsive, and always available to help. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

My recent stay here was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view of bhurji Khalifa. This place is in the heart of city and in great location was perfect for exploring the tourist places. The cafe and the pool were the best. Even gym is accessible. We enjoyed every bit here in this place. Host Is very friendly and quick with responses. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."

The apartment is just as shown in the images Everything is available in abundance Extremely comfortable location wise and in other aspects too Very polite staff , dubai mall is a 5 minutes walk from here , beach is a 15 min drive and it's a very beautiful location The amenities and facilities are remarkable, downtown is an expensive place but in such a place we found a first class hotel for a good price Cleanliness is prioritised

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The apartment in Sobha Hartland was decent in terms of layout and cleanliness, but the location is plagued by constant 24/7 construction noise and gridlocked traffic due to nearby schools and a single exit road. The real problem, however, was the company’s representative, Katrina. Her tone was shockingly rude and dismissive. I was spoken to in an unprofessional, aggressive manner, including comments like “I can’t read your mind”, completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. She provided misleading information about pricing and availability, then denied my request to extend the stay while simultaneously accepting another booking from a different account. To make matters worse, I was bombarded with over 20 missed calls while I was unwell, which bordered on harassment. I also noticed a google review left under the name "Katrina", which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the feedback they may be self-written or posted by company employees to boost ratings. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Dubai. There are plenty of other hosts who know how to treat guests with basic respect I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
