The apartment is one of the best and cleanest places I've stayed in Yas Island, close to all services and the mall. The host is one of the finest people I've ever dealt with and extremely helpful.

If I could rate it less than zero, I would. The company wasn't honest, and neither the employee nor the staff were truthful in their statements. They made us pay the full amount, and in the end, we were shocked to find fewer rooms and no bathrooms for each room. What's infuriating is that none of them answer our calls, and they refuse to refund the money. I absolutely do not recommend this place; there is absolutely no credibility.

We booked a while ago to enjoy a weekend with the kids at WB and Ferrari Park. Unfortunately, due to the situation, our flights were canceled. Abu Dhabi is currently a high-risk location, and schools are closed. We received refunds from the airline and the park, however, the accommodation refused to refund us and have been very unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend booking given the current situation in the country, as they seem to care only about money and not the safety of families.
