I had a wonderful stay at Grande. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend Grande to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We made a short stop in Dubai from our trip in Abu Dhabi and we chose SmartStay. One of the best choices we had throughout the entire trip. The staff are very attentive to our inquiries and everything went very smoothly. Thank you, SmartStay!

We were really happy with our stay at SmartStay. The apartment was very clean, the location was great, and everything looked exactly like the photos. Communication was fast and helpful, and whenever we had a question they replied right away. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we truly felt comfortable like at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

SmartStay is honestly one of the best places to stay in Dubai. The apartment was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful the team was — they replied quickly and made extending my stay super easy and stress-free. Great service, great place, and I’d definitely stay with them again. Highly recommended!

This has become our absolute go-to place every time I visit Dubai, and honestly, it never disappoints. They truly have everything you could ever want in a stay. The swimming pool alone is such a highlight—imagine relaxing with a full, unobstructed view of the Burj right in front of you. It’s one of those moments that makes you stop and appreciate where you are. The gym is fully equipped and actually useful, not just a token amenity, so I never have to compromise on my workouts. And the security system gives me so much peace of mind; I always feel safe and taken care of. Check-in and check-out are consistently smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciate, especially after a long flight. I’m also the type who sends a lot of requests—and they handle every single one with grace, speed, and genuine hospitality, even the silliest ones! haha It honestly makes me feel so spoiled. Their flats don’t just feel comfortable; they feel like my very own home away from home. I recommend this place to everyone I know because it really is that good. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Dubai Mall, and perfectly positioned for beautiful morning runs along the boulevard with those stunning city views. Every stay here reminds me why I keep coming back. If you want something that blends convenience, comfort, and that little touch of luxury, this is the place.

An unforgettable stay, seeing the fountains every evening without being directly in the hustle and bustle, yet still a peaceful place to sleep. We haven't slept so well in a long time. We'd love to come back!

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The service is available 24 hours, and the location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall. Highly recommended

So me and my partner were on a honeymoon and we requested a change in apartment and I couldn’t be more happy with the service that they provided for us. Really made our honeymoon literally everything!!! So attentive, so responsive just really made sure we had a great time
