The location was great — everything you might need was around the apartment, like coffee shops and restaurants, and the free shuttle to Dubai Mall was a nice bonus. The apartment had the basic necessities, and the team was genuinely very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the apartment felt like it needed a much deeper clean, especially the furniture. The biggest issue was small roaches coming out of the kitchen drain, which was really unpleasant. I called, and they came right away to clean and spray the apartment, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the roaches kept coming back. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t stay here again despite how kind and helpful the staff were.

She was physically available to guide me through every step, from the initial walkthrough to the final signing of papers. Her help with the move-in process was invaluable; she ensured everything was smooth and that I felt welcomed the moment I arrived. What truly sets her apart is her dedication. She is effectively available 24/7, always ready to answer any questions or jump on a maintenance request immediately. Knowing I have someone so reliable to turn to has made my stay here exceptional.
