Very unprofessional service from kamaraj. Does not know how to talk to clients, rude behavior. Don't know who has given him job with this unethical attitude. Useless and zero knowledge engineer.

It's not a hotel, it's just a regular apartment in a residential tower that they rent out. The location isn't what it seems; it's very different from what's on Booking.com, and the pictures are different too. I only stayed for one day and then I ran away.

Good service and quick in checkin and checkout

Had a decent stay for a week in the 3 bhk Airbnb. Pros: Before check-in asked for the details regarding preference for the kind of bed and were provided accordingly. Some items were not available like tea pot, bathroom mop stick . When asked for, immediately provided(although milk used to stick to the tea pot ). In between the dryer was nOt working and was replaced. Cons: Once in between the week they should have cleaned the whole apartment including bathrooms(without us requesting for it). Mr.Sakthivel was there to assist during checkout and was very decent and friendly.

We booked a 3-room apartment with Trinity Holiday Homes for 5 days. The apartment is conveniently located near the Financial Center Metro Station. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Sakti for making the necessary arrangements.

We recently stayed there for a week in a 3BR apartment in 21st Century Towers. Pros: Friendly staff, granting all our requests. Very conveniently located for tourism activities. Has a nice pool and fabulous gym. Loved the stay and will for sure visit again. Cons: We were first give a smaller room than what appeared on the site but when asked for a change they did give us a bigger apartment. Tea pot was missing to make tea, when asked they supplied it immediately although it was a strange pot in which milk was getting stuck, hence wasting much of it. Wish they cleared the garbage every day. Not sure if we needed to ask for a room cleanup but that was never done although once a week was promised. Bathrooms needed tidying by 3rd day but because we were very busy going out after breakfast and coming back late night, we did not have time to ask them to do so.

We recently stayed in a 3BHK hotel apartment for six days, and it was an outstanding experience, especially for the price. The apartment was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and homely vibe throughout our stay. The standout feature was definitely its prime location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and essential services. A special thanks to Mr. Shakthivel and his team for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend.

For your information, this is not a hotel. It's a type of serviced apartment building. Everything is wonderful, the apartments are very clean, and the staff are excellent, especially Sakthivel. The employees are outstanding and incredibly helpful. The apartments are excellent, clean, and suitable for families, but also for those with small cars. It's best for young people. The price, considering the size, location, cleanliness, and staff service, is more than wonderful. There are some drawbacks: 1. It's not recommended for those with large cars like Nissan Patrols or Land Cruisers. The parking entrances are very small and in very poor condition. I repeat, it's not suitable for large cars. 2. The building entry system requires a card for each person, which is excellent for enhancing security, but it's not suitable for large families. 3. Phone service is almost nonexistent on the upper floors. I don't know why. 4. The apartments are mixed with other tenants, landlords, and others. They are not private.

Furnished but unserviced apartments (not a hotel). They're fairly clean, but there's an unpleasant smell inside. The booking was through Airbnb, and the person in charge was very helpful. Not suitable for families, but maybe for a group of young people who just want a place to sleep. The parking is very cramped. Personally, it's an experience I wouldn't repeat. I'm so glad to stay in a hotel! ☺️

A terrible experience. The building is old and smells musty throughout. I've never seen a tourist complex like this where a 1000 dirham deposit is required instead of keys, which are supposed to be returned at the end of the stay. Don't repeat this experience.

The photos are fake; there is no real apartment, and no invoices for employee housing in a public building.

I will explain in detail, and I swear it's the truth. It's not a hotel, but rather apartments rented through brokers. Some apartments are owned or rented annually. The location is unsuitable for families due to the nature of the area, the suspicious places, and the loitering late at night. There's also noise from neighboring apartments, and the photos don't reflect reality. The person who greets you is nice, but makes you feel like you're staying in a hotel and tries too hard to be friendly to cover up some of the shortcomings. He's not professional. - The toilets in the bathrooms don't work well. - The furniture is okay. The biggest drawback is that the building isn't suitable for furnished apartments. It's a mix of owners, annual renters, monthly renters, and daily renters. This makes the place unsuitable. The rent is exorbitant and overpriced. A security deposit is taken before you move in, depending on the agreement, ranging from 2000 to 500. And I swear, when you leave, they say they'll come back and inspect every part of the apartment as if they're looking for someone hiding. In short, it's a primitive operation.
