From the initial design concept all the way through to the final handover, my experience with USBC Interiors for my apartment in Al Barari was beyond what I had hoped for. The kitchen is one of my favorite spaces. The soft mocha cabinetry pairs beautifully with the marble backsplash and brass hardware, while the geometric flooring around the island adds such a distinctive touch. Everything comes together in a way that feels effortlessly elegant and almost magazine-worthy. The living room connects seamlessly with the dining area, where our round table with its sculptural base and branch-inspired chandelier has naturally become the focal point whenever we host dinner parties. That same soft and neutral palette continues throughout the apartment. The combination of different textures and carefully considered lighting gives every space a refined and curated feel, while still keeping the home warm, comfortable, and easy to live in. The bathroom is just as special, with the freestanding bathtub positioned by the window, brass fixtures, and terrazzo-framed mirror creating a calm atmosphere that genuinely feels like a private spa retreat. What I appreciated most was the level of attention given to every detail and how naturally the team understood our personal taste. We’re incredibly happy with the way our home came together and with the overall experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend USBC Interiors to anyone looking for beautifully executed, high-end interior design work in Dubai.

Didn’t bother to show up to a scheduled site visit, how unprofessional.

I recently had my villa renovated by USBC Interiors, and I’m completely satisfied with the results! Initially, I only planned to focus on interior design, but after seeing their initial design proposal, I was so impressed that I decided to hand them the entire renovation project. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and dedicated to bringing my vision to life. The attention to detail and creativity exceeded my expectations, and they managed to finish the project under budget and within the timeline they committed to. Every space in my villa now feels comfort and beautiful, and I truly feel like I have a home that I’m satisfied with. The project was completed on time, and their customer service was exceptional throughout the whole project. I Highly recommend usbc interiors for anyone looking for top-quality design and renovation services!

If i can give them zero i will i have a project with them for my medical center Terrible Experience with [USBC interior Design ] – Avoid Them at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with [usbc interior designs ]. I hired them to complete the interior design for my medical center and paid AED 1.3 million. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver the quality they promised. They didn’t complete the project as agreed, and whenever I requested something that was part of the original scope, they demanded additional payments, claiming it was “out of scope.” The engineers responded rudely and unprofessionally. When I escalated the issue to the CEO, he assured me the problem would be resolved, but nothing was ever done. The project was delayed by three months—I was supposed to take possession on September 28, but as of today, the project is still incomplete. No engineer has shown up for a proper handover with my consultant, and after receiving their payment, they stopped caring of the work and hand over it and in a promised quality . This company is untrustworthy and only cares about taking their fees, not delivering quality work or respecting their clients. They promise a lot but fail to follow through on any of their commitments. The workmanship lacks quality, and the attached pictures are proof of their substandard work. I strongly advise anyone to avoid working with [USBC ]. Save your money and your time, as they will only cause you frustration and delays.

We congratulate you on the opening of the Clinic and wish good luck in future for your prosperity Before we respond to below review, we would like to witness God in our response as he knows the best and the truth! We value our customers and clients and therefore we will not share any sensitive information such as proofs and records here, though it may be required to clarify your review, rather we would like to have one to one conversation any time, with anyone who would seek the truth of this review. This is a revenge driven review without any basis. We would like to respond to your review point wise and we hope that there are ways to handle these issues. We have records where you have written that you are happy with the project and its quality, the pictures you have attached may be snags appeared in our absence. We are willing to attend anything as we did earlier We would like to emphasis that we have written proof that we have been with you shoulder to shoulder until last moment handing over of the project. We have records of emails where we have asked you to kindly advise the pending snags and we will sort these out. In response you did send the email and we have responded back with the completion of those snags. You have ask a lot more which are not a part of scope of works and we did mention that if you confirm to move forward we will proceed further but you haven’t confirmed. Any fair human understands that additional works come with costs!! Our scope and BOQ is clear and detailed, should you high light any thing listed and we have ignored, will be our responsibility. We did carry out a few additional scope on your request free of cost but unfortunately all additional works cannot be accommodated without cost In terms of the scope of work, we followed the original contract and delivered all services as outlined. Unfortunately, any additional requests that were outside the agreed-upon scope required additional costs The Project has delayed certainly and the reasons were many which are beyond our control and should have been taken care by you, we have all such records but we value your confidentiality and will not share on public platform One of the reasons of some delay is the water leakage issue, which wasn’t handle by us. we regret that it was not properly addressed and resolved to your satisfaction by your space caretaker. Our goal is always to ensure the highest quality in every aspect of the project, and we will certainly investigate what went wrong in this instance. The other major issues were the irregularities in the payments, we have all records to prove our point Finally even now you would call us to fix anything you require we will attend and honor your call THE final payment remain unpaid and we leave this to our God to compensate with better !

My new apartment, which I recently moved into, Suddenly felt cozy, serene, and luxurious. USBC Interiors has been excellent in overseeing the project while I was completely focused on my work. Throughout the entire design and delivery process, Hasan and Saima have delivered outstanding quality, meticulous attention to detail, and individualized service. I have worked with USBC on two projects now, and both have been really satisfying. I strongly suggest getting in touch with Hasan at USBC Interiors if you're searching for a custom, well-considered design that demonstrates genuine care and attention.

We recently engaged USBC Interiors for our office fitout in JLT, and overall, we're quite pleased with the outcome. The team delivered a nice transformation of our workspace. The quality of the workmanship is commendable, and we appreciate the attention to detail in several aspects of the fitout. While there were a few minor points we addressed during the process, USBC Interiors was responsive and worked to find suitable solutions. Communication was generally good, and the team was professional to work with. The project was completed to a satisfactory standard, and our new office space is a significant improvement. We would consider using USBC Interiors again for future projects and would recommend them to other businesses looking for a reliable fitout company in the JLT area. A solid effort resulting in a noticeably enhanced workspace.
