They fix issues temporarily, no permanent fix at all. They tell you to contact maintenance and when you keep trying to fix it with maintenance they clean their hands afterwards when you report the issue is unresolved because you reached the limit of your patience. No ownership at all. My apartment look maintained and newly renovated when I moved in but shortly upon moving in the AC issue started and never stopped acting up. No urgency at all to fix issues. Agent himself even said he put his family in worse temperature (29 degrees) and that his real estate is Vienna Real Estate also. Personally, this indicates patterns to me for neglecting tenant issues.

The worst management. Villa 53 in MBZ is like labour camp. Management is not even bothered to respond.

Excellent experience renting through Vienna Towers Real Estate. From the move-in process to ongoing support, the team has been professional and easy to deal with. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, the staff are courteous, and everything has been transparent and hassle-free. The property itself is clean and well-managed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable real estate company in Abu Dhabi.

My experience with Abraj Vienna Company is excellent. I've been with them for a year and I'm renewing for a second. The service inside the office is exceptional, especially from Mohammed, the office manager. He's very cooperative and able to solve any client problem easily and smoothly. Maintenance services are also very quick. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation.

I have been using Vienna Tower's services for the past 2.5 years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They are highly professional, reliable, and always willing to assist their tenants. A special mention goes to Mr. Mohammad, the Office Manager, who consistently demonstrates professionalism, understands clients' needs, and manages situations efficiently and effectively. Vienna Tower manages several properties, and if you are looking for accommodation near Yas Island, I would highly recommend considering them as your first choice. Thank you for the excellent service and support over the years.

Mr. Mohamed is a helpful, kind, and easygoing person who is always pleasant to deal with. However, I am dissatisfied with the maintenance service. The AC has had recurring issues throughout the year, and the technicians’ behavior has been unprofessional. They appeared untidy and had an unpleasant odor, which negatively affected the overall service experience.
