GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid a security deposit of 1,500 AED, which was supposed to be refunded at the end of my stay. Since checking out, the company has completely stopped responding to my messages and has not returned my deposit. The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely frustrating. I have made several attempts to contact them through different channels, but they simply ignore me. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to be cautious. Make sure you understand exactly how the security deposit process works before making any payment. I hope they resolve this issue and honor their commitment by refunding my deposit.

GooglePlease be aware when you rent from them of how they treat the apartments owners. I have my apartment listed with them and the apartment is being rented but they do not pay us our rent nor do they want to return us the keys to our apartment now that the contract is over. By renting from them you are contributing to a company who is stealing from homeowners

GoogleThey are frauds and Cheatsters, we gave them our house on a rental and our house was ransacked. People smoked into the house. We did not get payment for 2 months which we are still following up on. After a lot of reminders we are have taken the legal recourse. They are shameless and thick skinned. If you are a home owner. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HOME. They will make you regret it. My detailed review will come soon for more information and our experience for all the other home owners who might be doing research. And are considering this. If you are a guest these people are unethical and thier service is not that great. Avoid booking thier property and please stay with some one who pay the home owners on time.

The hospitality was excellent the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help special zoya The service was smooth and professional, and everything was well-maintained and clean I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a lovely view.

Zoya was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in super easy. We especially loved the view from the balcony. Highly recommend this holiday home and would definitely come back!”
