⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We changed our booking due to airport disruptions and were repeatedly given information that later turned out to be false. We were promised apartments on the same floor and next to each other, but they were placed on different floors. We were also told that room service and housekeeping were available, only to discover there was no room service at all and the room phones were disconnected. Upon arrival, we waited around 20 minutes in the heat just to get assistance with our luggage. The most disappointing part was the refund situation. After meeting with someone who identified himself as a co-owner, we received an apology and were promised refunds. We provided our IBAN details and were told the refund would be processed within hours. The following day, our calls and messages were ignored, and we were then told that no refund would be issued. We felt misled from start to finish. Promises were made, then denied, and communication became extremely difficult once the refund was discussed. Based on our experience, I would not trust the information provided by this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

I want to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding my stay in Dubai on December 26, 2025. I booked a three-night stay at Westminster Holiday Homes, paying a total of AU $1,637.68 (AED 4,000). During my stay, a staff member informed me about a bond payment of AU $427.11 (AED 1,050), which I was assured would be refunded after my checkout. I made the bond deposit on December 29, 2025, but as of today, January 30, 2026, I have not received the refund. I have reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, but I feel I'm being misled, as the responses have been unhelpful, possibly due to a language barrier. After consulting my bank, I learned that the transaction is not pending, indicating that the hotel has retained my money without justification. This has caused significant distress for my family and me, making us wary of returning to Dubai, as this experience has marred our perception. I am attaching the transaction records for both the hotel payment and the bond deposit, along with WhatsApp chats that document our communication. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue swiftly, as it has not only caused financial loss but has also affected our trust in your hospitality industry.

Absolutely disappointing service – never again! We booked an apartment through Airbnb and were bitterly disappointed. We haven't had internet for six days, even though it was listed as available in the description. Instead of solutions, we only receive excuses and lies – supposedly a technician is coming, but he's "stuck in traffic" – the same story every day. The accommodation itself is in no way worth the price: • Clogged drains, • A broken oven, • Plaster falling from the ceiling – it's simply unacceptable. The condition of the apartment and the way guests are treated are unacceptable. We feel abandoned and cheated. Never again!
