He is not the kind of agent who completes the transaction, collects his commission and disappears. From start to finish, Nakash has been incredibly accommodating and genuinely involved. He took full ownership of ensuring my apartment was handed over in excellent condition, and whenever an issue arose, he made sure it was resolved promptly—without me having to follow up even once. Initially, I felt their commission was on the higher side, but after experiencing the level of service, commitment and relationship they maintain, I can honestly say that every dirham is worth it. What I also really appreciate is that Nakash ensures the landlord’s interests are taken care of just as much as the tenant’s, making the entire process fair and professional for everyone involved.
