Owner warning: chronic late payments and poor communication I used AWS Holiday Homes to manage my property and it has been a constant struggle to get paid. They never paid me on time. I spent months chasing them for money that was already owed to me as the owner. I eventually stopped using their services, but even after ending the arrangement they continued to drip-feed small partial payments. It has now been 9 months and they still owe me a substantial amount. Communication is extremely poor. They regularly ignore emails. When they do reply, the responses are vague and unhelpful, full of promises of payment dates that are never kept. No clear explanations or real solutions are provided. If you are a property owner considering AWS Holiday Homes, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. So bad and unprofessional behaivior. Our experience at your hotel apartment was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. After checking us in and taking full payment, your staff showed zero professionalism and treated us very badly. Without any proper reason or prior notice, we were suddenly told to check out at 12 AM in the middle of the night. This is completely ridiculous and shows how poorly your management operates. Forcing guests to leave at such an odd hour with all their belongings is not just inconvenient, it is extremely disrespectful and inhumane. They give threats for police This kind of behavior clearly reflects your lack of basic hospitality standards. Your management is highly unprofessional, disorganized, and does not value its customers at all. We deeply regret choosing your place and will never recommend it to anyone.

Our stay in this apartment was a real disappointment. As soon as we arrived, we noticed cockroaches in the apartment, and sometimes other insects flew in. The whole apartment is clearly in need of renovation. The beds are very bad and the mattresses are completely worn out. The main bedroom is drab and not furnished at all - there is only a bed in the middle of the room. The mattress is old, shabby and dented without a mattress topper. The bed creaked constantly, and my back started to hurt on the third night. The apartment is also not child-friendly, even though we were traveling with a child. For example, there is no potty or high chair in the apartment. The second bedroom seems to be a former corridor with through doors, one of which is locked. There is no window in the room. There is a metal, creaky bunk bed with very hard mattresses. Our daughter already had back, neck and shoulder pain. The pillows are also of poor quality. In addition, the toilet occasionally smells strongly of sewage, and the taps in the main toilet are broken. Taking a shower feels unpleasant and unhygienic. The apartment is advertised as suitable for six people, but the living room only has seating for three. The armchairs are uncomfortable and dirty. All the furniture looks like it was bought at a flea market – there is no unity in the interior design. The kitchen is poorly equipped: for example, a brush, sponge, towel, rag and detergent are missing. The frying pans are in such poor condition that food burns on them and you can’t cook properly with them. We paid €2,800 for two weeks of accommodation, but the standard of the apartment is more like a cheap hostel than accommodation at this price. The apartment is uncomfortable: it is difficult to sleep there, taking a shower feels disgusting and cooking is unpleasant. The apartment is very poorly equipped and uncomfortable for a two week stay. I do not recommend this place. Our family had a really bad experience.

The apartment was in very poor condition. There were cockroaches, the bathroom smelled bad, and the beds were extremely old, dirty, and completely worn out. Also congrete was open and they do not fix that. The overall experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend their apartments, as they clearly do not know how to manage or maintain them professionally.

They have violated all the protocols of privacy and respect. The apartment in Anatara residents was used and abused, also they will sent a thief to open your luggage and throw it on the floor with your phone locked after several wrong passwords. Avoid this scammer company.
